The Mission of Wehr Constructors is to be a respected provider of professional construction services, building on our people-service philosophy that has at its very foundation high ethical standards, a personal approach with a company officer responsible for individual projects, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Philosophy
Each project undertaken by Wehr Constructors employees consists of a defined management team. The following areas define the team:

• Preconstruction team with project manager as leader
• On-site full time project superintendent
• Seasoned project manager and assistant project manager, if required
• Assigned member of the Board of Directors to facilitate hands-on Wehr attention and management

The quantity and assignment of each of the personnel phases will be determined based upon the timing and project specific needs as defined by the documents.

Wehr Constructors will submit detailed resumes on each person to be assigned to the project.

Assignment of a Wehr Constructors' Director insures we will not handle a project that cannot be properly managed and directed.
