Mr. Berry has 28 years experience in various engineering details and has a degree in Civil Engineering.  He is a Professional Engineer, a Land Surveyor, as well as, a Certified Contractor in Florida.  He has been engaged in all phases of "fast-track" construction, construction management and design/build and as Principal in Charge, he is involved with numerous projects from beginning to end.
