John Zupko began his tenure with Wehr Constructors in December, 1998 and has continued working at Wehr since. He had 18 years of construction experience and worked on prior projects ranging to $240 million. His strengths are preparation of bid packages, contract preparation, evaluating costs and scope of work, value engineering, pricing dcumentation, produrement, sales tax saving procedures and total project management.
