How we work
Much of our work is negotiated with owners for whom we serve as construction managers. We have completed a number of projects using an owner integration approach, where preconstruction planning, value engineering, project phasing, and computerized scheduling, have all served to shave scheduled completion dates, giving the owners continuity and early occupancy - thereby saving time and money.

Each project has one of our key people assigned at the beginning providing each job personal attention. Scheduling, phasing and early occupancies are proof of key-man involvement and much of the reason why Wehr Constructors gets repeat business.
