Executive Viewpoint

None of us realized how long it had been since our last newsletter , so I suppose welcome back is in order. Much has happened since our last publication, but then again, much has stayed the same. We have installed a new software system "Viewpoint" which will better link our Project Managers with our accounting department and we are continuing to work all of the kinks out. We are very excited about all of our new projects that we've been awarded, as well as the ones that are nearing completion. Work on the Frazier Rehabilitation Expansion, Waterfront Park Place Condominiums and the Lake Cumberland Additions and Renovations are almost complete. And we are extremely proud of the finished products as well as our relationship with each facility. We continue our partnerships with U of L Medical Center, King's Daughters in Madison, Jewish Hospital, the Medical Center at Bowling Green, Lexington Clinic, Taylor County Regional Medical Center, Clark and Scott Memorial Hospitals, and I could go on and on.

We have been blessed with some exciting new projects at Ephraim McDowell Medical Center, Fort Logan Hospital, Living Hope Baptist Church, Medical Center at Franklin, Beargrass and Middletown Christian Churches, TJ Sampson Community Hospital, and St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, Florida, to name a few. It truly amazes us that the more we put our trust in the Lord, the more His light shines on us here at Wehr. We have promoted Ginni Godbey to Assistant Vice President, Todd Wooldridge, Kelly Holcomb, and Raymond Haunsz to Senior Project Managers, Sean Wooldridge and Nick Fears to Project Managers, Mark Toombs has joined our staff as Project Manager and we are pleased to welcome Dale (DJ) Berry Jr. and Jeff McMahan as assistant Project Managers fresh out of EKU's construction management program.

Dad (Claude) remains healthy and active as Chairman of the Board, Skip has two more grandchildren due very shortly, we've moved our Florida office into a new facility that's closer to our clients there, and all I can say is that it doesn't get much better than this!

We treated our staff to lunch at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and an afternoon at Joseph's Spa for Administrative Professionals Day, where everyone felt a little "pampered" and had a great time. It reminded us of the many times we spent with Laura Ritz on these occasions and we are saddened by our loss. Laura will always hold a special place in the hearts of us who knew her.

We are looking forward to the future, and everything that's in store for us here at Wehr. Thank you for allowing the Wehr team to be a part of so many exciting projects and for the confidence that you have placed in all of us.
